Located in Rocklea this privately owned business is seeking an adynamic individual to join the team. We are currently looking for administration Manager and an administrative officer.
Administration Manager & Administration Officer
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our day to day business for Sky Solar Energy.
Job tasks and responsibilities
· A proven track record in a support role
· Scheduling Installations and liaising with Solar Installers
· Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
· Strong written and verbal communication
· You’re highly organised and have impeccable attention to detail
· You put yourself in your customers’ shoes & help to resolve any issues
· Working towards set goals and targets
· A genuine love for people and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences
· The drive to accomplish and exceed set goals
· Adhoc Duties as deemed fit
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
· Administration experience of at least 1 year.
· Problem-solving skills
· Organising and managing multiple duties all at once
· Exceeding customers’expectations by going the extra mile
· Working towards set goals and targets
· Demonstrating initiative in learning and understanding new products, services and offers
